WHAT DOES IT COST?
Styling a property for sale will depend on the size of your home and what level of styling it requires. Our complete install packages start at $1,800.00 (inc gst) for a 3 bed, 1 bath home. The best thing to do is contact us to arrange a free consultation after which a customised quote can be provided.
HOW MUCH VALUE DOES IT ADD?
Styling properties has been proven to add between 5-10% to the sale price. This means that the initial investment of having your property styled will be well worth it at settlement!
HOW DOES IT ?
Whether it is a complete installation or working with some of your existing furniture, we can assist you with a styling solution to suit your needs. Once you have engaged our services, we will arrange with either yourself or the real estate agent to gain access to the property, and transform your house ready to sell.
HOW LONG DOES THE STYLING LAST?
We find that a 5 week hire period is more than adequate in the current market. If for some reason you wish to extend your hire, we can do so - depending on availability.
